//Summary: This is a 3D laser scanning project conducted at three historic heritage villages in Saudi Arabia: Thee Ayn, Rijal Almaa, and Dawmat Al Jandal. The project involved comprehensive laser scanning activities encompassing both interior and exterior areas of all buildings within these villages. The project was successfully executed within a 17-day timeframe.

//Objectives: The primary objectives of the 3D laser scanning project for the heritage villages were as follows:

- To capture detailed 3D spatial data of both the interiors and exteriors of all buildings within Thee Ayn, Rijal Almaa, and Dawmat Al Jandal.

​

- To generate comprehensive point cloud datasets for further analysis, preservation efforts, and future renovation projects.

​

- To document the current condition of the heritage villages, ensuring the preservation of their unique architectural and cultural heritage.
